BCO Award Winning Project 2016
Case study : Natixis Global Asset Management
Location : The City, London
Size : 16,500 Sq ft
Natixis Global Asset Management(NGAM) is a French asset management firm that ranks among the world’s largest asset managers. For its first UK stand-alone office, NGAM wanted a very strong design statement. The 16,500 sq ft of office space at 1 Carter Lane benefits from a spectacular view of St. Paul’s Cathedral, which also reflects on the front façade of Carter Lane. This was the main drive behind the concept we created for NGAM which is called “Reflections of St. Paul’s”. The space design was to combine the history and heritage of St. Paul’s with the agility, interaction and collaboration of a modern office. The office design is a true representation of the influence of the location and how the interiors can reflect and adapt the different architectural elements to create a truly unique and genuine space.
